KONCESNÍ ŘÍZENÍ: Dodavateli vybranému na základě koncesního řízení poskytneme právo k maloobchodnímu prodeji (dále jen „Koncese“), a to za podmínek uvedených v této ZD a v návrhu Smlouvy o nájmu prostoru sloužícího podnikání a poskytování některých služeb s ním spojených na prostory, která tvoří Přílohu F této ZD.
